Practice Based Learning Community of Practice

This group was created to enhance Practice Based Learning (PBL) at Unitec by establishing an online Community of Practice. Our members are all across campus and we all share a common interest in PBL.

The aim is to integrate and support PBL into programmes of study at Unitec

Six Key Features:

Knowledge: The terminology, concepts and principles that support PBL.
Application: Helping teachers create and maintain PBL courses.
Resources: Access to and sharing of resources for support and professional development.
Values: Caring about good course design and practice of PBL in Higher Education.
People: Working effectively with key stakeholders, students, technology and host organisations.
Integration: Including PBL into every programme of study at Unitec.
