I have been in education since 1992, starting as a full-charge classroom teacher at The Florida State University, then broadening out to academic coordination at Colorado State University, research coordination at the Southern Institute of Technology in Invercargill, NZ, and as an academic developer at Unitec in Auckland.

  1. Who is your favorite education blogger? How did you find out about them? 

  2. What is all your all time favorite online teaching and learning resource? How have you used it in your teaching? 

  3. What is your favorite online application? How do you use it? 

  4. What advice would you give a new teacher just starting this year? 

  5. What do you think is the biggest challenge in teaching and learning today? How do you think it can be addressed? 

  6. What are the main channels you use to connect with people and make a difference in their lives? 

  7. What about social media? What platforms do you use to connect with educators , and to what extent do you use them? 

  8. Do you use any non writing media to connect with people. eg. video, Skype, phones, audio?
